This United States Army Corps of Engineers military construction project is a LEED Silver certified and consists of a two story tilt up concrete training building, a pre-engineered metal unheated storage building, a tilt up concrete unit storage and a large MEP parking area. The project totaled 65,000sf of new building construction.

Construction included approximately 10 acres of site improvements and landscaping. Two water storage tanks and a diesel driven fire pump were added to support the fire suppression system.
