This project entailed the construction of a two-story, 70,000 SF addition to a continuously (24/7) occupied facility within a 40-acre complex.
Cox Construction Co. also completed upgrades to the existing HVAC chiller house and the HVAC system; furnished a 780-kilowatt natural gas emergency generator; constructed covered parking for 224 parking stalls; and completed extensive site work.
