This project consisted of a new 22,000 square foot medical facility and a 17,000 square foot alteration to an existing dental facility. Tilt up concrete and structural steel were primary elements of this Design/Build project. This was a challenging project because of the existing medical facility located directly adjacent to the new facility had to remain operation during the entire construction period. Safety was the number one priority, not only for our workers, but the clinic's patients and staff.
