Design assist and new construction of a 20,000sf dormitory and a 4000sf dormitory connector building. New construction consisted of earthwork, underground utilities, rock removal, concrete foundation, structural steel, wood framing, prefabricated trusses, SSMR, casework, interior finishes, fire alarm/sprinkler, hydraulic elevator, and MEP.
